We chatted with Mr. Viner about the exciting installation of our brand‐new playground structures, and we spoke with Mrs. Chinnock to learn more about her role as our Eco Schools and Healthy Schools coordinator. We also caught up with several pupils, who shared what they’ve been learning and enjoying in school this term.
Tune in and enjoy hearing our Little Voices in action!

In this episode, our brilliant young interviewers have been busy once again, gathering stories from around the school.
We sat down with Sarah, our wonderful school cook, to chat all about school dinners—what goes into planning our menus, her favourite dishes to prepare, and what she loves most about cooking for our pupils every day. We also welcomed Miss Jones, our newest teacher, to find out what she enjoys most about being part of our school community. She shared her future plans, her aspirations as a teacher, and what she’s most excited to achieve with her class. Finally, we caught up with children from Dosbarth Oren, Arian, and Aur, who excitedly told us all about their recent trip to Cardiff Bay—their favourite moments, what they learned, and all the highlights of their day out.

In this episode, we take a closer look at Assessment for Learning and how it shapes our everyday classroom experience.
Our pupils share their understanding of what Assessment for Learning means and what it looks like in action. They talk about how feedback from teachers and peers helps them improve their work, set goals, and understand their next steps. We also explore how we use digital devices to share our learning with staff and with our families—helping everyone stay connected to our progress.
Tune in to hear our learners reflect on the ways we assess, improve, and celebrate learning in our school!

In this episode, our pupils explore the importance of safeguarding and wellbeing.
They have created a thoughtful podcast sharing what they understand about staying safe, how school supports their wellbeing, and how these topics make them feel.
We’re incredibly proud of their maturity, honesty, and confidence in discussing such an important subject.
